Our story

Karuna Media Foundation (KMF) is a Public Charitable Trust that has been tirelessly working for the past 12 years, dedicated to uplifting the lives of disadvantaged children and women.

Our Vision: To Restore Hope and Reignite the Spark of Life for the Vulnerable and Forgotten.

Theory of Change: In India, millions of orphaned and abandoned children are left without care, while countless girls from marginalized communities are denied the chance to pursue education. The lack of skills and economic opportunities traps these communities in a cycle of poverty, preventing them from achieving self-reliance and a dignified life. At KMF, we believe this cycle can be broken.

We provide financial aid and development support to young girls, empowering them to continue their education and reach new heights. We offer vocational training to disadvantaged adults, equipping them with the skills needed to secure a stable income and build a better future. All this is made possible through a network of compassionate and socially committed individuals who create a nurturing, transformative environment. Together, we help them realize their full potential, turning dreams into reality.

Our Mission: A safe and loving home for every orphaned child, an equal chance for every girl to pursue higher education, and a pathway to self-reliance for every adult, driven by the desire to uplift themselves and give back to society.
