Refund Policy for Karuna Media Foundation
All donations made to Karuna Media Foundation are final and non-refundable.
1. Non-Refundable Donations
As a non-profit organization, donations made to Karuna Media Foundation are considered charitable contributions and are non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be granted in exceptional cases, such as:
a) Duplicate transactions.
b) Technical errors caused by our system.
3. Refund Request Process
a) Email your refund request to csr@kmfngo.org within 7 days of the transaction.
b) Include your name, donation receipt, and reason for the refund.
4. Refund Approval
Refunds are subject to approval after reviewing your case. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
